Brigadier General Tomika M. Seaberry is a native of the West Side of Chicago and Arkansas. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and commissioned through theReserve Officers’ Training Corps (ROTC) into the
Transportation Corps. She earned a Master of Arts degree in Performance Improvement from Grantham University and is also a graduate of the United States Army War College, where she received her Master of Strategic Studies. Brigadier General Seaberry has held a plethora of positions throughout her military career. Her positions are as follows; Platoon Leader, Bravo Company, 702d Main Support Battalion (Korea); Executive Officer, 331st Causeway Company (Virginia) Movement Officer, 6015th Garrison Support (Illinois); Commander of the 685th TC and she deployed to Iraq in support of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM; S3 Operations Officer of the 6015th Garrison Support (Illinois); Assistance Professor of Military Science, Jackson State University (Mississippi); Battalion Executive Officer of the 757th Transportation Battalion (Railway) (Wisconsin); Support Operations Officer of the 304th Sustainment Brigade (California); Joint Exercises Branch Chief, United States Transportation Command (Illinois), Battalion Commander of the 4-410th Brigade Support Battalion alongside the 4th Cavalry Brigade (Kentucky); Assistant Chief
of Staff/Support Operations Officer for the 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary), Support Operations Officer for the 1st Theater Sustainment Command-Operational Command Post (Camp Arifjan, Kuwait) deployed to Kuwait in support of OPERATION SPARTAN SHIELD.
Upon redeployment, Brigadier General Seaberry served as the Assistant Chief of Staff/Support Operations Officer with appointed duty as the 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary) Cactus COVID-19 Task Force Lead, and then was later reassigned as the Assistant Chief of Staff/G-3 for the 103rd Sustainment Command (Expeditionary). Brigadier General Seaberry was selected to command the United States Army Garrison Fort Buchanan in Puerto Rico. During her command, she received notification of her nomination for promotion to Brigadier General, and on December 10, 2022, she took command of the 4th Expeditionary Sustainment Command in San Antonio, Texas.
Brigadier General Seaberry’s awards and decorations include: Legion of Merit (1 Bronze OLC), Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (4 Bronze OLC), Army Commendation Medal (1 Bronze OLC), Army Achievement Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal (1 Bronze OLC), National Defense Service Medal (1 Bronze Star), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal, Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal Ribbon, Armed Forces Reserve Medal Ribbon (M Device), Overseas Service Ribbon, and Reserve Components Overseas Training Ribbon. Brigadier General Seaberry is married to Mr. Robert L. Seaberry, and they have one daughter Brittany and two sons, Solomon and Simeon.
